  I'm developing my idea for my media project which is a short story based on the social dynamics of school lunches. Also, I will try to incorporate the problem of identity development as I believe that a school is a place where characters cherish and perish.  SMART Objective, To write and edit a short story based on school lunches (external), and the problem of identity development (internal). The story will be around 1200 words long and written in the first person, I will write it using Word Office, and turn it into a flipbook using Yumpu. It will be aimed at, university students, young adults, people between 16 and 25 years old. I will finish writing my first draft by mid-February and start editing and re-drafting. The manuscript will be finished by March. 

For my essay project to analyze Dylan Thomas Poem '' Do not go gentle into that good night''  I created a mind map using www.canva.com. I separate four different aspects of analyzes I am going to do; structure, form, meter and rhythm, and meaning. You can see my finished mind map  here.

  In today's lesson, we were introduced to Visme. Visme is a perfect tool to make presentations and infographics. Since I'm writing a short story I decided to make an infographic with tips on writing. My Visme

One of my ideas was indeed to write a story on memories from school, lunch break to be exact. It was something special about these moments, counting last seconds, sneaking our belongings into the bags so we would be ready when the bells ring, you see back then we were a bunch of little animals and we behave like them too. Ring of the bell, especially for a lunch break that was the most social part of the day in school, meant that we have to run. Securing a place on the right table, not being last in the queue so we get to eat good food and pastries, most importantly there was this sense of belonging in running.  In today's lecture, we started to prepare for our final project. We were asked to come up with 20 ideas in 20 minutes for our project, since I'm going to write a short story I decided to write down 20 ideas for different plots of a story, below is what I came up with.
